In the eve of the autumn equinox, this seminar invites us to dwell in the shifting rhythm of the season, exploring inner balance and a sense of wholeness within. Through mandala work and landart, we will engage with four aspects of being, creating space to reflect on what grounds us as we prepare to enter the darker season.

Dramatherapy self‑experience group (in English)

The world and our relationships within it can sometimes feel unsafe. What is most tender in us is then tucked away for protection, and slowly forgotten, leaving a quiet wound: disconnection, emptiness, and a life experienced as a series of obligations and constraints. And this withdrawal leaves its mark on the world around us too. The Japanese tale of the Sun Goddess tells of this: hiding from her brother’s destructive rage, she withdraws into a cave, leaving the world without light and warmth.

Over several months, as the nights gradually lengthen, we will journey into this story within the holding circle of a dramatherapy group. Through its symbols and landscapes, we will explore our own lives and worlds, those familiar to us, and those still waiting to be discovered.

What might we find at the center of the labyrinth – what treasures, what forgotten parts of ourselves? What is it like to feel safe, held, and sheltered there? What calls us outward, and how might that return transform us and our world?
